The R this is how she came along i had a MK3 GTI VR6 that i did alot of work to, while i was in germany i linked up with a an R32 owner that was trying to get rid of his for very cheap,i told him give me 3 days to come up with the mula so i sold my gti to another r32 owner he was bugging my for a while for it,so that morning i call and told him i have the money ready to get the car everything was a go until a hour before we meet he said he cant sell it and of coarse i retaliated in anger with some hurtful words. So i spend the next 10 months looking for an R which is hard to do in germany. we PCS to the states while in FL we drove by vw dealer and blunts saw the R and picked it up the next day
